Ingredients:

  1. Peach
  2. Tomato
  3. Mozzarella
  4. Hot sauce
  5. Olive oil
  6. Rice vinegar
  7. Honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix the hot sauce, olive oil, and rice vinegar into a bowl.
  2. You can use however much you want of each ingredient. Taste as you go along! This will be your dressing for the salad
  3. Slice your peaches, tomatoes, and mozzarella. You want the tomatoes and peaches to be layered on top of each other. I cut the mozzarella into cubes and then sprinkled it throughout the salad
  4. Soak the peaches and tomato in the dressing for ten minutes. You want it to marinate in the flavor.
  5. After this, arrange your salad ingredients in the way you like! Drizzle the remaining dressing throughout.
